This. Is the END. We've been talking about the end and "the final
season" and the anticipation of what's to come inside this season of
DEXTER for months now. Over the last three months. We've had our ups,
earlier in the season. We've had our downs - that's to be sure. but
again - here we are - at the end of all things DEXTER - REMEMBER THE
MONSTERS. But WILL WE remember any of the monsters? Will we remember
what happens inside this episode of DEXTER? We'll be remembering a LOT
of things for sure, as will you, inside THIS episode review of DEXTER,
Season 8, Episode 12 REMEMBER THE MONSTERS.
Monkeys. They make you think of many things. Some, like me, find HORROR
in them, as they flew screeching through the air in The Wizard of Oz.
Other movies and television shows give you a variety of other contexts
as you see, or hear monkeys come into frame. Even more, will begin
hearing the call or a simpler time. No matter what your flavor,
perspective, or take, there's one thing that's sure. Harrison had his
fill inside this penultimate episode of DEXTER episode 11, Monkey in a
Box, as we hurtle toward the end of DEXTER in it's 8th season
Pick your favorite vacation visit of all time. Are you there? Ok: So am
I. Imagine the sun. A warm spot. A cool drink. People that matter. Add
to that stunning sites at the end of every head-turn. Add to that
wonderful meals that catapult taste buds. Eye-widening moon-lit evenings
that feature long breezes and kisses that literally seem to last a
lifetime. Ahh, imagination is good, mine actually is above average. In
fact all of us better have great imaginations because - well - we just
finished watching "Leaving Miami" - the 10th of 12 episodes during
season 8 of DEXTER as it rockets to a very, ultimately, unfortunate
forgettable end. Take inventory, fellow fans. It's time for the

What kind of music does the words "make your own music" conjure for you?
Well, if you're a musician or aspiring songwriter, you've probably got a
better plan to make something memorable - something that allows us all
to be entertained, and ultimately, something that gives you some
satisfaction as an artist. Inside THIS episode of DEXTER, during season
8 - the LAST season of DEXTER, we're offered episode 9 - entitled "Make
Your Own Music" - that offers up a variety of feelings associated with
satisfaction, frustration and fun! Will YOU be making your OWN music
after you're done listening to this episode of The DEXTER Podcast?
There's only one way to find out how YOU'LL be satisfied this week:
Strap in, because it's time for The DEXTER Podcast, a review of Season
8, Episode 9 "Make Your Own Music"...
I can vividly remember when I first heard the words "Are we there yet" -
in rapid succession. Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there
yet? Are we there yet? We're usually followed by an equally annoying How
'bout now? How 'bout now? How 'bout now? The difference is that one of
the memories comes from one of the longest running programs in
television history, based on a world-wide fanbase ranging across 40
years of demographic range, and the other is finishing it's 8th and
final season on Showtime. So are YOU a Simpsons fan? Are you a DEXTER
fan? We'll find out this week just which instance is more annoying than
the other as we review Dexter's Season 8, Episode 8, "Are We There Yet",
here on The 2GuysTalking DEXTER Podcast.

Dress Codes aren't something that we put too much stock in here at
2GuysTalking. While most of us are arriving into the center chairs of
podcast hostdom from our day jobs so we're polo-ing, or dress shirting,
there are our fair share of those that take on a different look. The
whole spectrum of dress here at 2GuysTalking is across the board - just
like the goings on inside this most recent episode of DEXTER on
Showtime. The difference is that we're not closing up shop here in 5
episodes - FOREVER. Better strap in, kiddies - the keep your hands
readied on your cell phones to interact on Facebook with us, your
browser windows at our contact form online because - the rides about to
get rough, the details are a poppin', and it's time. for the

Looking back on things, especially life events, is something that
2GuysTalking has been doing since the inception of well - 2GuysTalking
life. Inside this episode of "DEXTER" we're able to look back on a
variety of events, relationships, and paths that have been constructed
as the final 6 episodes of not only this season, but the SERIES. Yes,
DEXTER is coming to an end, but there's always time for - A Little
Reflection - the 6th Episode of DEXTER's 8th and final season, here
during the 2GuysTalking DEXTER Podcast...
I can remember - VIVIDLY, the days that my Mother held me in a tall
brown, squeaky rocking chair, and provided me with a very different of
the "This Little Piggy" storyline when I was 3 or four years old. Those
days hold a lot of great memories for me and they're one of the things
the title of this episode of DEXTER, "This Little Piggy" - strikes as a
series of chords as I watched this episode. We're seeing some
significant spooling up, the end to a variety of relationships, and the
emergence of the next significant stair step inside of DEXTER. Are they
ascending to somewhere we expect the LAST EVER ON PLANT EARTH season of
DEXTER to go, or are we looking at an "also included in the DVD/Blu-ray
set" series of episodes as DEXTER makes his last televised gasp? We'll
run it all down, in nitpickingly loving detail during this episode of
the DEXTER Podcast, a review of Season 8's Episode 5 - this little
piggy, only on The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network...
Y'know ,we at 2GuysTalking have use the phrase "grab the wheel" for a
long time. Whether it's the taking of control of a situation during a
podcast, encouraging others to get in the game while laying down a
voiceover track or - well just - in general, talking about the sudden,
abrupt direction change inside of anything - grabbing (and jerking) the
wheel is something we get - completely. Inside this episode of DEXTER,
Scar Tissue, we witness the true meaning of jerking the wheel - complete
and utter directional change, and surprises galore. It's time for the
DEXTER Podcast review of Dexter's Season 8, Episode 4 review, "SCAR
TISSUE" here on the 2GuysTalking Podcast Network.
Who's hungry? We have ALL been preparing for the last season of DEXTER:
a LAST CALL for grub from the Showtime table in the Morgan household,
that's for sure. In this episode of DEXTER, "What's Eating Dexter
Morgan" we have the return of the kill room, ANOTHER kill room from
ANOTHER PSYCHOPATH serial murderer, more great acting all the way around
and - good gawd: it's ending isn't it? The meal of Sunday evenings on
Showtime is about to hear the final cattle call - and it's just 9
episodes away on DEXTER Insert the dinner bell It's time for the DEXTER
Podcast Review of "what's Eating DEXTER Morgan", Episode 3 of Season 8
here on The 2GuysTalking DEXTER Podcast...
Finding the positive stitch, in particular in wounds of the family kind
is never as easy as others will tell you. The nuance, the many
components that are mixed in and just the raw happenstance of what is
actually happening at the time make it volatile at best - catastrophic
at worst. In this episode of DEXTER, we're gifted an episode that
features - what we think is the most-ever, painted outside the box
transitions in DEXTER history. Are great things like this, along with
on-point storytelling something we can call and plan on seeing as a
hallmark for this FINAL, LAST season of DEXTER? We'll have to figure it
out, as we polish the silver lining inside this episode of DEXTER,
during season 8 - Every Silver Lining - here on The 2GuysTalking: DEXTER
You wouldn't normally associate a Beautiful Day with a serial killer. As
Season 8, the LAST season of DEXTER arrives on Showtime, we find DEXTER
experiencing long, not so beautiful days as the relationship with his
best pal sister Deb - has completely eroded. The waft around the
precinct has completely change, the people are there, but there is
something missing. Thankfully, inside this first offering - the
beginning of the end so to speak offers us not only beautifully acted
perspectives, beautiful people who are returning to roles they're
desperately loved for, but - a beautiful foundation as again, the end,
begins. it's time for The DEXTER Podcast Review of DEXTER'S Season 8

Feedback, from you the listeners, has been the foundational component
inside ALL of The 2GuysTalking properties. As 2012 came to a close, we
celebrated not only the most podcasts offered to our audience in our
history, but RECORD DOWNLOADS, across our two largest programs, and
across our newest programs as well. "What does this tell you, Mike?"
you're asking yourselves. Well, it's simple. It means that what we're
doing is the right thing and something to truly build on to. Whether
you're with us, telling us that we "apparently don't watch the show" or
anywhere in-between, this last year, 2012, has been the BEST inside of
2GuysTalking - with even greater things to come, in even larger counts
as we roll into 2013. It's time for The 2GuysTalking All-FAN-Input
episode for 2012 - starring - you!
Y'know, If you're like me, you like a good swearword now and again. In
the case of modern day television, DEXTER has always been able to
stretch the bounds of appropriate, in particular in the character guise
of one Deb Morgan, cavalier police Detective, Lt. Sister Extraordinaire,
etc etc. Now, we're not sure how Showtime networks thought we as fans
and in particular the review community were going to review an episode
named "Surprise, MotherMotherF@#$%&!" - but guess what: We're doing it,
MotherF@#$%&s! It's been 11 all-too-short episodes this season with a
vast majority being outstanding, Character development galore. Dexter
finds love. Completely engaging moments between brother and sister. A
villain that we HATED to see to. Good God - when you lead with your
sister, the one in charge of the homicide division inside of Miami Dade
Metro, finding out that you're a serial killer inside of EPISODE ONE -
where can you go from there? The answer is of course, A SURPRISE, MOTHER
FMotherF@#$%&S! Strap in, get some drinks, and prepare for an in-depth
discussion like no other about the finale of DEXTER's Season 7, episode

can't believe what my eyes just showed me..." Now, plenty of us have
claimed to see UFOs, ghosts, event the occasional Bigfoot sighting is

week's episode of DEXTER - Do You See What I See, during season 7,

There is one word I've never allowed my daughter to say to me - well,
that's not true. There are many words that I will eventually not allow
my daughter to say to me, but my 9 year-old daughter is not allowed to
say "whatever" to me. Nor is anyone else in a flippant retort to me.
This episode of DEXTER, The Dark... Whatever, provides us the
opportunity to hear words that we might never think we'd heard out of a
variety of characters mouths. What will be the repercussions of what we
see tonite? Will DEXTER's life continue on unimpeded as we speed toward
the close of Season 7? I wonder if -- well, whatever. It's time for The

In disorderly haste. Confusedly. Pell mell. Haphazardly. Carlessly
hurried - as if referring to turmoil or confusion. Each of these entries
provides the definition of "Helter Skelter" - but just like this most
recent episode of DEXTER, "Helter Skelter" - it can and does mean
something different to everyone. Helter Skelter to me - is a favorite
cover song by the ban U2. Bono's empassioned cries of desire and
self-imposed truth inside their "Rattle and Hum" album instantly come to
mind. Still others are reminded of the tie to the storied and now
infamous Manson family and their murderous escapades. What do YOU think
when we say the words "Helter Skelter?" We hoping that you'll begin
thinking of a great entertainment podcast that you'll be sharing with
others in the very near future! It's time to come down fast and don't

Everyone has a different concept of haven. For some, a quiet corner in a
coffee shop. For others it's a look across a Vista in a far away country

Still for others a small but sprawling podcast studio, near St. Louis,
Missouri, is the true home of solace, engagement and entertainment

welcomes once again director and cinematographer for both True Blood and

I wasn't a very strong chemistry student, in fact, until Mr. Jamrozy's
Earth Science class, I wasn't too hip on the sciences in general. What I
did appreciate about chemistry though was the need and undeniable want
of interaction. How one fundamental element would want to interact with
another, to create a relationship that you can expect each time, every
time, like clockwork. How there's a complete and formal "plan" to so
many things interacting at the same time to create the same, like
results, that can be referenced in and out of resources books and become
law - that engages and causes reactions in classrooms and experiments
across the world and beyond - even onto television screens. This episode
of DEXTER, the 7th of season 7, offers us not only an episode named
"Chemistry" but a series of interactions that would seem to be totally
at random, that give us results would could have never expected. It's
time for The 2GuysTalking Dexter Podcast review of "Chemistry" DEXTER'S
7th Episode during season 7 on The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network...
When you're 5 years old, "doing the right thing" has a bit of a stick
behind it. If you do the wrong thing, you get the proverbial rolled up
newspaper, and move on to another day. When we become adults, in
particular in our late thirties with 5 year olds of our own, you'd think
that "doing the right thing" would be come easier - a more
straight-forward experience. This week, during DEXTER's 7th season's 6th
episode, "Do the Wrong Thing", not only is the rolled up newspaper
equation missing, that whole "30-something-common-sense lead by example"
thing is out the window, AND - we see the head of a self destructive
pimple rearing it's ugly head for the first time this season - Hmmm.
Join us as we grabbed our own brand of rolled up newspaper and
administer our own perspective-drive rolled up newspaper - both in the
negative and positive as we reach the true halfway point during this
season, season 7 of the 2GuysTalking DEXTER Podcast...
Do you remember when you first learned to swim? I'll be you can remember
vividly when the education you'd either given yourself or taken at the
local Y clearly wasn't enough to enable you to swim in the deep end. But
- like most things, you were able to get your head above water, or were
able to get back to the shallower end to finally take that refreshing
breath of air to live another day. Well, surprisingly, we see much of
the same activity HERE, inside the 5th episode of Dexter's 7th Season -
Swim Deep - where we all get that ohmigodimgonnadie moment, lots of
flittering activity, and then a breath of fresh air as we - and
characters inside the series live to see another day. It's time for the
2GuysTalking DEXTER Podcast review of Episode 5 during Season 7, "Swim
Deep", here on The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network
In 2002, Steven Spielberg directed a movie called "Minority Report."
While it was set in the future, it dealt with a variety of topics, both
fantastic but REAL. Identity, the concept of using of people as tools,
the abundance of power inside of law enforcement, and of course MURDER.
There is a single point inside that movie that still, to this day makes
their hair on the back of my neck stand on end - that makes my eyes cast
wide open, causes my palms to open in prep for zinging out of my chair
to the nearest save haven -- That puts me on the edge of my seat in
preparation for the next scene. It's the same feeling I got inside at
least one point inside this most recent episode, episode of of DEXTER.
It's moment when our heroes are told to...

Episode 4 - RUN - here on The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network...
Pace has been the cornerstone for great entertainment - forever. Give me
a story that's a bit thin, and outstanding pace, and Ill give you
something to remember. This episode of Dexter - Buck the System, the
third episode of Season 7, offers us not only great pace, but a grand
piece of storytelling, elevating this season to yet another level we
haven't seen in way too long. Murder. Mayhem. More potential Murder.
MORE POTENTIAL MAYHEM, and story so thick, that when puree'd with the
pace of storytelling angels you get another outstanding helping of
DEXTER - during season 7 reviewed here on The 2GuysTalking DEXTER
I can remember when I was 9 years old. My Mom and I would get into her
car and we'd head for ice cream. Nothing quite like a hot fudge sundae
on a sunshine-filled afternoon. The only thing that would be better, is
this season of DEXTER so far. Inside of episode 2 of season 7, we see a
grand new level of DEXTER. What did YOU think of it? Let us know what
YOU thought and we'll use your comments in our next episode or in our
ALL FAN INPUT episode at the end of the season!
Are you... ready for the 7th season of DEXTER? Is 7 going to be a lucky
number for DEXTER? We're betting that it is. As season 7 launches, we
not only find ourselves asking questions about Deb's questions, but
about what we see in this 7th season. So many details, so many
characters, so many potential roads to travel as DEXTER and company
return to the tiny HD screen. What can we expect? Are YOU ready to talk
about Season 7 episode 1 of Dexter, "Are You..."? Well are 'ya? It's
time for the 2GuysTalking Dexter Podcast to jump feet first, not wrapped
in plastic, to detail what we saw inside this seasons first episode
Dexter on The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network
A television or movie is a project developed from often times
unimaginable energy. Just like the Sun. There is a core, there are
surrounding outer layers of energy, that all culminate to create the
required coronas that help the sun to deliver it's energy out into the
universe. One, by one, by one, they harness the power of the one prior
to it, amassing what is supposed to be a life-giving force to all in
it's path. This year, on DEXTER, we certainly were privy to a core, a
variety of layered experiences - this we're sure of. What's up for
debate here, during The DEXTER Podcast is this: Was the energy we got as
hot as we thought it was going to be? Did the flowers bloom in the
latter days of December as we finished out Season 6 of DEXTER? What did
YOU think of the energy-delivering, television-based celestial body of
DEXTER's Season 6?
It was one of the most debated seasons of DEXTER - ever. The fan input
was fast and furious, so much so that The DEXTER Podcast provides you
with a complete episode, dedicated to the best input, as well as the
Winners of this year's Fan Feedback contest, providing DVD-Blu-ray
Combos and $100 Bucks CASH! Listen to it now and many thanks to all of
our listeners across the world for listening this season!
Preparation: It's probably one of the most important parts of anything
that is supposed to engage. A project at work. The decorating of this
year's homes with Christmas lights, putting together a podcast outline
for a fan-produced, regularly occurring piece of organized fandom - or
even a television program.
We're about to kick off the final episode review of the 6th season of
DEXTER - one that has truly had both it's ups and downs - well probably
way more downs this season, but what's more important than where we've
been is where we're going. Is there a plan? Is there a tradition of
preparation that can guide us not only through this episode, This is the
way the world Ends, but serve as a foundational building block - that
will dovetail not only into next season, but - into the end of the
series? There's no doubt that "This Is the Way the World Ends", DEXTER's
12th episode of Season 6, but it also dictates how this SEASON ends.
What did we think? What did YOU think? All will be revealed, without any
incestuous psychiatry of any kind, here on The DEXTER Podcast Review of
DEXTER's 12 Episode - During the DEXTER Podcast...
After what we can lovingly call the Gooney Roller Coaster of DEXTER's
Season 6 - it's great to experience - Ahh, satisfaction. Satisfaction
created by hand, Talk to the Hand actually, the 11th episode of DEXTER's
Season 6. The Coaster has hit a Harry'd pace over the last two episodes
providing storytelling, razzle dazzle and a significant build up to what
will be the END of DEXTER's Season Finale next week Sunday! So what
happened this week? What notes of regard can we convey this week, what
characters killed, who GOT killed and what direction do we have on our
way to episode 12? ALL WILL BE REVEALED in this stupendous episode
review of DEXTER - Talk to the Hand: Episode 11 episode of DEXTER's 6th
Season on The DEXTER Podcast from 2GuysTalking.
Y'know, if it were any other subject matter, the words Ricochet Rabbit
might get an appropriately cartoony sound effect. But in the realm of
DEXTER, there's one thing than the words Ricochet Rabbit showcase -
Interest. That's right, interest, because THIS episode, the 10th episode
inside of Season 6 of DEXTER provides us some interest, some tether to
worthwhile writing and a very welcome jerking of the proverbial stick
into something we're really appreciating this week - or are we?
There's only one way to find out! Strap on your rabbit feet, grab your
cartoon hunters garb, load the blasting powder in both barrels because
its TIME for the 2GuysTalking DEXTER Podcast Review of Ricochet Rabbit,

Get Gellar - It's the name of the episode and - well after 8 episodes of
not getting Gellar (or potentially actually seeing a REAL Gellar) we're
handed him on a plate - frozen - in a freezer - kind of - well no
really, we do get him delivered to the audience in a FREEZER of all
things. The pace was deliverable, the questions fly left and right and
well, for the first time in a LONG time we actually get TWO Ah Ah
moments inside this episode, Get Gellar. So will we GET Gellar? Will we
find out what's been painted for 8 long episodes (some longer than
others) is actually way more than another virtual tableau for a DEXTER
Fans eye? We'll find out inside this episode of DEXTER, Season 6,
Episode 9 - GET GELLAR, here on the 2GuysTalking Podcast Network.
The last two episodes of DEXTER, during season 6, have provided us with
the opportunity to rail with the 2guystalking Signature
"Gooney-Crap-O-Meter". Episode 6 got both barrels, Episode 7 - well, out
there like Pluto, at least for me, but Episode 8 - Sin of Omission? What
will be it's position? Will we have prepositions, to provide telltale
descriptions of our renditions to provide sufficient conclusion? There's
only one way to find out! Grab your favorite snack, strap on the gilded
coconut bra, etc letters into YOUR forehead, and Head for Babylon! It's

is something that is never easy to Just Let Go.
Watching a television program each week, and then providing an
entertaining review of each episode - well it's sadly getting EASIER to
Just Let Go.
This week's episode of DEXTER, Just Let Go, provides us with a myriad of
points, sadly many of them in the negative lean, and sadly, we just
CANNOT let them go. It's time to unleash the Gooney-Crap-O-Meter here

Angels are usually the forms that convey hope - love! It's an angel that
shares the love on St. Valentines Day. It's the angels that convince you
to not go onto the workplace warpath - well that and the paycheck. It's
the angels that make the peaceful all the more serene. And then there's
the Angel of Death. Foreboding. Scary. Fear-inducing, and what is
arguably the most popular SLAYER songs of all time! A Google Search

it DOESN'T convey is the detail, the rich storytelling and character
arcs provided in the 5th Episode of DEXTER's 6th Season - ANGEL OF DEATH

Horseplay is something I think each of us has reveled in at one point in
our lives. Ahh, the love of horses generates thought, memories, and -
love - for family members far and wide. This week on DEXTER's Season 6's

that no one would ever find the bodies. It's a quick, short and sweet
story, particularly so for those who are Deb fans during this episode -
episode 2 of DEXTER. Will everyone live happily ever after? Will the Big
Bad Wolf blow more houses down? It's time, for the second episode of
